Which means you can focus on doing the things that you are really good at.

To make an impact in an organization, you need to be known for something. When someone has a question, they reference you in the conversation as the source to the alleviation.

Whether it is interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, data analytics, project management, whatever it is, become the one that coworkers reference in conversations.
